The gap we close
Most foreign founders arrive with capital, a concept and a landlord waiting. What they don't have is someone who reads the regulation in the original language, knows which office to walk into, and remembers that the quarterly investment report is due on the 10th.
Hiring that person means recruiting, payroll, BPJS and management you'd rather not think about. Buying it piecemeal means a notary who doesn't talk to your accountant, who doesn't talk to whoever renews your visa. Bali Beacon is the middle option: one accountable team, one clear price per job, one point of contact who owns the whole chain.
You get an operations department in Indonesia before you can afford to build one.
Why here, why now
Figures are indicative and rounded, drawn from national statistics for the stated year. We'll pull current numbers for your specific sector during intake.
Thirteen service lines
Some work we do in-house. Some work is reserved by law for licensed professionals — notaries, certified public accountants, sworn translators. We don't pretend otherwise. We hold those relationships, brief them, chase them and check their output.
PT PMA structure, shareholding, capital planning, deed of establishment and ministry approval.
Licensed partnerNIB, risk-based business licences, KBLI selection and additions, and the OSS account you'll actually need to log into.
In-houseRPTKA, work permits, KITAS, investor visas, extensions and exit permits — tracked before they expire.
Licensed partnerMonthly and annual filings, e-Faktur, withholding, and books kept in a format your home accountant can read.
Licensed partnerQuarterly LKPM investment reports, sector returns and the calendar that keeps them on time.
In-houseSourcing, screening and shortlisting Indonesian staff — under our own KBLI 78101 licence.
In-houseEmployment contracts, payroll runs, BPJS registration, leave and termination handled to local labour law.
In-houseLocal-market positioning, social content, Google and Maps presence, and campaigns written for Indonesian audiences.
In-houseA registered address and real desks at G88 Kerobokan — not a mailbox at a virtual-office provider.
In-houseCorporate account opening, document packs, and sitting beside you at the bank when they ask for one more form.
In-houseSupplier, lease and employment agreements in bilingual form; litigation and formal opinions go to counsel.
Licensed partnerSite search, landlord due diligence, zoning and building-permit checks before you sign anything.
In-houseMinistry, BKPM and regional-office matters — handled from Jakarta when the file needs a face in the room.
In-houseThe permit corridor
Indonesian market entry is a sequence, not a checklist — each gate needs the document from the one before it. This is the route we walk with every client, and each step is a service you can buy on its own.
Ownership split, capital, KBLI shortlist, then the notarial deed of establishment.
SK Kemenkumham — the moment the company legally exists.
Corporate NPWP and taxpayer credentials issued in the company's name.
Business identification number and your risk-based licence class.
Building, environmental, F&B, tourism or hospitality approvals as your KBLI demands.
RPTKA and KITAS for you; contracts, payroll and BPJS for your Indonesian staff.
Monthly tax, quarterly LKPM, annual returns, renewals. This is the part nobody warns you about.
Gates 01–05 are a project. Gate 07 is ongoing — and each piece of it is priced on its own, so you only pay for what you use.

US-dollar figures are indicative only, shown for comparison at a rate of Rp 17,400 per USD. Government fees, notarial charges and third-party disbursements are passed through at cost. The building
Most enablers rent a floor and sell you a mailbox on it. G88 in Kerobokan belongs to us. That means your registered address doesn't move when a lease ends, inspectors find a real office when they visit, and you have somewhere to bring a landlord, a supplier or an investor.
Bali is our flagship because it's where foreign founders land first — F&B, hospitality, villas, creative studios and remote-first companies. Jakarta is the second hub, sited near BKPM and the ministries for clients whose files need a signature at the centre.
The founders
You'll know exactly who owns your file. Between them, the founding team covers the three things that decide whether a foreign business succeeds here: how it's structured, how it grows, and whether it stays compliant every single month.
Mike holds the whole engagement together. He runs the intake diagnostic that turns a business idea into a legal structure, decides which work stays in-house and which goes to a licensed partner, and stays accountable when legal, tax, HR and marketing all touch the same decision.
Clients meet him first at the point where the plan is still changing — and again whenever something needs a decision rather than a form.
Joshua is the first conversation. He works with founders and investors before a rupiah is committed — mapping what the business actually wants to do to what Indonesian regulation will allow, and being straight about which ideas need reshaping.
He also builds the network around our clients: landlords, suppliers, banking contacts and the professional partners who make a market entry move faster than it has any right to.
Ruli owns the calendar — the one that decides whether your permits stay valid. Monthly tax deadlines, quarterly LKPM reports, licence renewals, visa expiries and payroll dates all sit in a tracked schedule with a named person against each item.
He runs delivery against the service levels agreed in your written scope, and keeps the document room at G88 in a state where any file can be produced on request.
Before you ask
In many sectors, yes — foreign ownership limits depend on the business activity code you register under, set by the Positive Investment List. Some activities are fully open, some are capped, a few are closed. We check your intended activity against the current list before you commit capital or sign a lease, because changing the structure afterwards is expensive.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they do. Work reserved for regulated professionals goes to licensed partners we appoint and supervise. What we replace is the local operations team you'd otherwise have to hire to manage them.
The dollar figure is there so you can compare us to what you'd pay elsewhere. Indonesian law requires domestic transactions to settle in Rupiah, so that's what your invoice says. The exchange basis is fixed in your agreement, not chosen after the fact.
No. Bali is where we started and where our building is, but registration, licensing and filings are national processes. Our Jakarta hub exists precisely for clients whose files need to be walked into a ministry rather than uploaded to a portal.
